GIZIA is committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
